Our Head Coach Role

Perfect for college students and young moms! We've got the perfect opportunity for you to shine as our Head Coach! If you've got a background in college cheerleading or coaching with NCA/UCA/School/Gym experience, then you're exactly who we're looking for. As a Head Coach, you'll be the heart and soul of our camps, leading groups of up to 50 campers.

But that's not all! You'll get to mingle with parents and church staff, keeping the energy high and the smiles wide. Managing the camp schedule will be a breeze for someone as organized as you, and teaching those basic cheerleading techniques will be a blast! Spirit Coaches can perform the skills while you lead the way in teaching them. You'll have the chance to share your personal testimony and daily devotionals, spreading positivity and inspiration to everyone around you.

You'll report to our Owner, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. And let's not forget about the perks – college students can earn $15-20 per hour, while college graduates can snag $20-25 per hour!

Our Spirit Coach Role

Are you ready to bring the pep and spirit to our camps? We're looking for dynamic coaches with high school to college-level cheerleading experience to join our team!

As a Spirit Coach, you'll be the cheer captain, leading a squad of 7-12 campers with the support of our Head Coach. Get ready to dazzle and inspire as you teach and perform those awesome cheerleading skills right in front of your campers!

But wait, there's more! Not only will you be spreading cheer and positivity, but you'll also be boosting your bank account. Starting at $11 per hour for high school-level coaches and $13 per hour for college-level coaches, with the opportunity to increase up to $15 per hour based on your experience!
